🎬 4k Cats: Featured Cat Video Channel

Uli invited our creator friends from the 4K Cats Channel to be a Featured Cat Video Channel!

Did you know that the term 4K refers to the width of a video and consists of approximately 4,000 pixels? 4K is a high quality form of resolution that can make videos look crisp and clear, like you will see on 4K Cats video channel on Youtube. In addition to great videography, watch 4K cats to see beautiful outdoor scenes and cats in creative situations. Today we will find out more about this fun cat channel.

MY: Welcome, our friends from 4K Cat Videos. We are so happy to feature you on our site! Please, tell us about your YT cats!

4K: We have rescued five new-born kitty siblings who lost their mum just after birth. They were so sweet and lovely that we have started a YT channel just for them. We have raised them to behave like humans and they are actually very human-like.

MY: That’s so interesting! What is an example of their human-like behavior?

4K: The majority of cats have some fear of people. Our cats strangely have not learned to have fear from cat parents or cat friends. In the house and in the garden they demand attention and are not scared of strangers. Only fairly recently they have learned to be a bit fearful of strangers outside of our garden.

Also, the cats want to do everything the humans do, They sit where we do, they try to eat what we do, and they even jump on the bicycle when we’re cycling..

MY: How fun! It’s wonderful that you’ve helped the cats feel secure, even when other people are around. And when did you first fall in love with cats?

4K: There were always cats in our family, the love has grown from our early years.

MY: We enjoy seeing your pets interacting in your videos. Who are the cats in your life today?

Our six cats are:

*Collar

*Nose

*Forehead

*Grey

*Zigzak

*And Patch

*Don’t forget Mouse (the dog)

Unfortunately, our seventh cat Sock left one day and didn’t return, and we have not managed to find him

I think our crazy cat names could do with some explanations. When we got five kittens, two pairs looked identical. Two gingers and two black and whites also looked the same. We started calling them these names to distinguish them from each other. One ginger has a distinctive collar around the neck and one had distinctive patches like socks. One black and white has a white nose and one has a white forehead. When they were tiny, distinguishing them was really hard 🙂

That makes a lot of sense! Also, we’re so sorry to hear that Sock has left! Hopefully, he is making another family happy somewhere. By the way, what country are you in, and how popular are cats as pets where you live?

4K: We’re from Poland, a land of many cat lovers. Cats are very popular here, just like they are all over the world 🙂

MY: Do you have a tip can you offer to others who would like to take videos of their cats?

4K: Nothing specifically. Just love your cats and they will feel comfortable with you, even when you have a camera with you.

MY: Your 4K camera work is quite beautiful and really brings your videos to life. If someone wanted to move beyond phone cameras and start out buying actual camera equipment to video cats, do you have any suggestions about how to start?

4K: We got a Panasonic LUMIX G7 and never changed it. It’s a very good budget 4k camera with very decent video recording. All lenses that we have tried were pretty good.
